Challenge

Simulate and evaluate the three buildings that make up the headquarters of the National Electric Energy Agency (ANEEL), together with the National Petroleum Agency (ANP), in order to propose alternatives for obtaining the Level A label in PBE Edifica.

Indication of the measures that must be adopted to ensure that the retrofit project meets Level A of the PBE Edifica.

27% difference in estimated annual energy consumption between Level A and Level D models;
Inputs for improvements to the PEE regulation;
